Government Ignores Loss of Food Worth 20 billion NIS

The Managing Director of LATET, Eran Weintrob said in response to the report: “Today in Israel there is 1.4 billion ILS worth of food that is destroyed by the Food industry. 
We must establish a national venture for nutritional security, as we have been demanding from the government of Israel for the past 10 years that will use available resources to safeguard food worth millions of ILS that can sustain thousands of families deprived from nutritional security.
