Latet's Purim Campaign

Crisis situations tend to affect the elderly even more, as often they have no one to turn to for help

Did you know that a staggering 70% of the elderly receiving aid from Latet report that the food they were able to purchase last year simply wasn't sufficient and they couldn't afford to buy more?*

This Purim, we need your help to send special Purim baskets to the 1,450 impoverished Holocaust survivors in Israel who receive ongoing assistance from the organization.

As we continue to navigate through the challenges of the ongoing war, it's important to remember how crisis situations tend to affect the elderly even more, as often they have no one to turn to for help. But you can change how these seniors feel and show them they're not alone!

We invite you to fulfill the holiday's mitzvah of giving and bring Purim spirit to Holocaust survivors with a special 'Mishloach Manot' (Purim basket) that will include our traditional food box with enough food essentials to meet their basic needs for a month, as well as extra holiday-themed treats with greeting cards written by children from all over the country.

When so many seniors struggle on a daily basis to put food on the table, just imagine how huge of a difference the food box we bring them makes to their lives.
